SENATE BILL NO. 387 "An Act authorizing the making of certain                                       
commercial fishing loans to eligible community quota entities for the                               
purchase of certain fishing quota shares; and providing for an effective

 Delete: "Except as provided in sec. 4 of this Act,"                                                
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                                     
Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.                                                     
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Senator Ellis objected.
